Child for the first four

Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor or to Some or any of
them the Sume of Two Shillings and Six pence of like lawfull
money for and towards the Relief and Maintenance of the
Said Female Bastard Child for So long time as the Said Female
Bastard Child Shall remain chargeable to the Said Parish and
that he Shall of and from the Charge of the Said Female Bastard
Child at all times hereafter Save harmless and indempnify the
Said Parish of St: Gyles's in the Fields
