present Session (Vizt) on Thursday morning next att the sitting of the
said Court that the Recognizance enterd into by me before William Wickham< no role >
Esqr one of his Majtes Justices of the peace for the said County att your
Instance or upon your Complaint for me together with others seizing & keeping
you in Custody without haveing any warrant or other legall Authority
for so doing (as you alleadged) may be respited without day Date this
