Wee whose names are hereunto subscribed Justices
of the peace for the County of Middx (To whom,
amongst others, It was recomended & referred by
an Order made in May Sessions last to consider
of the Method specifyed in an Order made by the
Court of Goal Delivery of Newgate holden for
the County of Middx on Wednesday the twenty
fifth day of May 1726 for the transmission and
removall of Prisoners for felony or suspicon of
felony from New Prison & the house of Correccon
at Clerkenwell , and from the Gatehouse & house
of Correccon of Westmr . to the Goal of Newgate
six days before the opening of every Sessions of
Goal Delivery, And to consider of the inconveniencys
ariseing or likely to arise from thence) Doe hereby
Certify to his Maties. Justices of the peace for this
County in their Generall Quarter Sessions
assembled ThatwasThe Comittee have severall times assembled
andmetmet together to consider of the said
matter, And on peruseall of the said Order
of Goal Delivery the Doe find that the reasonswhich
seem to be givenfor the makeing of the same are
