Child aged abt. tenn yeares were removed from the
Hamlett of Wapping Stepny in the sd. County of Middx
to the Pish of St. Clement Danes as the legall
Settlemt. of the sd. Susanna Heard< no role > the Mother in her
owne right

aggreived by that pte of the sd. Ordr.
of the sd. two Justices whereby Martha
the Child of the sd. Susanna Heard< no role >
was removed to the sd. Pish of Saint
Clemt. Danes & therefore appeale
therefrom to the Judgemt. of this
honoble Court And humbly pray that
this Appeale may be Adjourned over
to the next Sessions & that a day
may be appointed for the hearing
thereof
