for the Examining of Weights & Measures & to Inquire into & present all abuses in
weights or Measures with such other matters & things whereof Wee have power
by the said Letters Patents to Inquire into, and that they Likewise summon to
Appear before us at the Day & hour aforesd. all persons useing Weight or Measure to
[..] uy or Sell by within the Places aforesd. that Such persons useing Weights and
Measures to bring alongwith them to our Said Court all such Weights & Measures
to be tryed & Examined thereby the Kings Standards. And for the more Certain
Knowledge hereof the Sd. Petty Constables are to Return to us at our Said Court
a True List of the Christian Names & Surnames of all persons useing weights on &
Measures. within the places afore. Hereof you are not to fail at your perill
