now convicted upon an Indictment against him
for a fraud and misdemeanor in puttering falses and
counterfeit half pence is fined for the said offence
one shilling which is to be estreated and he is ordered
to be striped naked from the middle upwards & publickly
whipped at a Carts tayle from a certain place called
Charing Cross in the parish of St. Martin in the Feilds
in this County throught and along the publick
Street a comon Highway there called the Haymarkett
to the upper end thereof in the parish of St. James
within the Liberty of Westminster in this County
untill his body be bloody at such time as the
Sheriffe of this County shall forthwith appoint
and the said William Diamond < no role > is comitted to the
House of Correccon at Clerkenwell in this County
there to be kept to hard labour for one Quarter of a
year and to remain till he under goe the said
punishment & Imprisonment then to be delivered
paying his Fees 4s-8d.

Marsh Bank< no role > convicted of a tresspasse fraud and
misdemeanor is fined for the said offence one Shilling
which is to be estreated and she is ordered to be stripped
naked from the Middle upwards and publickly whipped
at a Carts Tayle from the Watch house in High Holborn
in the parish of St. Giles in the Feilds in this County
through and along the publick Street and comon
Highway there to the comon pound called St. Giles's
pound in the said parish untill her body be bloody at
such times as the Sherriffe of this County Shall
forthwith Appoint and the said anne Le Marr< no role > als
Marsh Bank< no role > is also convicted upon another Indictment
against her for another fraud and misdemeanor and is fined
for the Same one Shilling which is to be estreated and she is
comitted to the said House of Correccon there to be kept to hard labour
for halfe year to remain till she under goe the said punishment and
Imprisonment then to be delivered paying her Fees 9s-4d

Offence one Shillings which is to be estreated and he
is comitted to the House of Correccon at Clerkenwell
in this County there to be kept to hard labour [..]
for One Month then to be delivered paying his Fees
