him for defrauding one Richard Browne< no role > of forty
nyne periwiggs vallue Seven pounds tenn
shillings 1s remanded & comitted to Newprison aforesaid
for want of sufficient sureties for his appearance at the
next Sessions of Oyer & Terminer to be hold for this County
to psecute his treverse with effect upon the said Indictment
and he is ordered to find and give such sureties before
John Troughton< no role > Esqr one of his Maties Justices and
Comissioners of Oyer & Terminer for this County to
whome it is recomended to take & approve thereof
and it is ordered that the said Thomas Scott< no role > doe give to
the psecutor of the said Indictment the names and addicons
of the psons he pposes to be bail for him & of the time
& place of attending such Justice to take the same that
the said psecutor may have sufficient time to require into
their circumstances & ability & give an account thereof
to the said Mr Troughton for his approbacon before the
said sureties are taken, to remain till he find such
Sureties them to be delivered paying his Fees 4s-8d
