of the Peace held for the County of Middx . I have pleaded a plea
of Misnosmer and gave bail thereupon to the Indictment
which you then preferred against me by the name of Wheeler
Wheeler ats Sprackling for an Assault Pretended to be made
on you by me And I Intend to Appear the third day of the
next Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held for
this County being Fryday the 13th. day of Janry: next at ten
of the Clock in the forenoon at Hickshall in St. John Street
in the said County and then and there by my Councell pray
