Middx : Wheel wright Maketh Oath that on Tuesday last the 10th of this
Instant January he this Deponent went to the last place of abode of Mr-
Thomas Jones< no role > the Prosecuter in this Cause as he this Deponent was-
Credibly informed and finding the house uninhabited he went to one Mr-
Bowers that lived at the next door and ford her if the knew where [..]
Jones was gone she hold him that she did not know And that she had no
seen him for about a week last past But that she was very Well acquai [..]
with him wife and had an Opportunity of seeing her frequently This Deponent
about four of the Clock in afternoon of the Saturday Delivered to the
said Mrs. Bowers a true Copy of the notice hereunto annexed and desired
she would delivered it to her or [..] him as soon as she had an Opportunity
which she promised to do the same night but refuted to tell this Depone [..]
where she lived that the might have done it himselfe
