Upon heareing of the appeale of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Bennet
Gracechurch in the City of London against an
Order under the hands & seales of Sr. Isaac Tillard< no role >
Knt . & Alexander pitfeild< no role > Esqr . two of his Maties. Justices
of the peace for the County of Middx (Quorun [..] )
beareing date the twelfth day of February last
whereby Sarah Holmes< no role > widow who was [..]
be chargeable to the hamlett of Spittle fields in the
parish of St. Dunstan Stepney als stebunheath
in the said County was removed from the said
hamlett of Spittlefields to the said parish of St. Bennet
Gracechurch as the place where the said Sarah Holmes< no role >
was last legally settled, And upon heareing of
what was insisted on by Councell for the Inhitants of
the said hamlett of Spittlefields and alsoe by Councell
for the Insistants of the said [..]
Gracechurch This Court doth dismiss the said
appeale And doth ratify & confirm the aforesaid
Order of the said two Justices of the peace, and the
same is hereby ratifyed & confirmed accordingly
And this Court doth require the Churchwarden
& Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. [..]
Bennet Gracechurch & all persons concerned to
yeild due obedience thereunto,
