The Order of us George Bourne< no role > & Abraham Addam's< no role > Esqrs
two of his Matys Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid
(Quorn unus), and both now residing within the Swicts where the
Parish Church of Enfield in the County aforesd Standich, the
Eighteenth day of August Anno dui 1725 , (according to the
forme of the statute in that case made & provided) touching a
Male Bastard Child lately borne in the said parish of
Enfield of the body of Hanna Heath< no role > late of the said parish of
Enfield widdow den which said Bastard Child is now Chargeable
to the sd parish of Enfield , & is likely So to continue.

Bourne

First upon Examcon of the Causes & Circumstances of the premisses taken
upon Oath before us, and due Consideracon thereof by us likewise had, We
do adjudg Robert Phipps< no role > of the parish of Enfield aforesaid Butcher , to
be true Father of the said Bastard Child, and we do hereby Order the sd
Robert Phipps< no role > (for the better discharge of the said parish shall weekly
and every week from the date of this our Order, untill the sd Bastard shall accomptied
the Age of Twelve Yeares or So long as the said Child shall be any
ways chargeable unto the said parish of Enfield pay or cause to be
paid unto the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish of
Enfield aforesaid or their Successors for the time being or Some of
them, towards the Nursing and bringing up of the said Child the same
of Two Shillings, And we do further Order that the said Robert
Phipps< no role > with sufficient Suretys Shall become bound in a Bond of
One hundred pounds penalty, unto the now present Churchwardens
and overseers of the poor of the aforesaid parish will and truly
to perform of his our Order, Given under our hands and Seales
the Eighteenth day of August Anno dui 1725
