Whereas the Churchwarden & Overseers of the
poor of the parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate London exhibited their humble
peticon & appeale unto this Court at this
present Generall sessions of the peace holden
for this County of Middx on Monday the sixth day of
December instant setting forth that by warrant
or Order under the hands & seales of Thomas
Sutton
< no role > & James Cardonnell< no role > Esqrs . two of his
Maties. Justices of the peace for the said County
(Quorum unus) beareing date the third day of
December instant one Mary Banister< no role >
Singlewoman was lately removed from the
parish of Kensington in the sd. County of
Middx to the said parish of St. Giles without

Cripplegate London as the place of her last
legall settlemt. as is alledged by the sd. Order,
And that the Petrs. find themselves aggreived
by the said warrant or Order, and appeale
to this Court against the same, which appeale was
appointed to be heard & determined by this Court on
this present Friday the tenth day of December instant
at ten of the clock in the forenoon, Now For as much as
