Appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of
St. Giles in the Fields in the Said County

Sheweth

That Mary Jeffreys< no role > an Infant aged about Four
Years was by Order Dated the 15th. day of December
1725 under the Hands and Seales of Henry Lowthy< no role >
and Jacob Harvey< no role > Esqrs . Two of HIs Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex aforesaid
(Quor unus) removed and conveyed from the Parish
of St. Mary Islington in the Said County to the Said
Parish of St. Giles in the Fields

Yor. Petitioners humbly conceive
themselves agrieved thereby and
Appeale from the Judgemt. of the Said
Two Justices to the Judgemt. of this
Honble Court and Crave a Day of
Hearing
