Oath that on Saturday last being the 26th: day
of this instant June the this Depont: left a true
copy of the Notice here unto annex'd at ye: Signe
of the Blow in Rosemary Lane wch: is ye. last
place of the abode in England of Lewis Salmon< no role > the
psecutor in this Cause as this Depont. ever could
hear of And this Depont saith that he hath been
Credibly Informed that ye. sd: Lewis Salmon< no role > is now
in France and that when he enquired of the
Landlady of ye. House where he left ye. sd: Notice
for the psecutor she told him that she belived
she should never soe ye. psecutor any more
and this Depont. further saith that last Sessions
he left ye. like Notice for ye. psecutor at ye. sd:
Signe of ye. plow and ye. Deft. with her Witness
appeared in this Court in Order to have Tryed her
Traverse, But the same was put off till thisnext
Sessions at ye. Instance of Mr. Elmes who appeared
as Soluter for ye. psecutor he aledgins that her
believed his Client would come to England by that time
and this Depont: Saith tha tupon a strict enquirey her
cannon hear that ye psocutor hath been in England
since, or when he will return Jos: Gunney
