remainig due from the sd. william to the said
Roderick Mackenzia Upon the ballance of the accompt
between them, And to make their Report in
wirting touching the premisses Unto the Court of
the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to
be holden for this County, And to the intent that
Such accompt may be settled the said parties
are required forthwith to give or transmitt to
each other an accompt of their respective demands

already done) which are to be laid before the-
said Referrees, And the sd parties or their Agents
together with their witnesses are hereby required
to attend the said Refferreds or any three of them
touching the premisses at such times & places as

times & places of the meeting of the sd. Referres-
Unto the said Rederick Mackenzie, And notice is-
likewise to be given to all the said Referreds of-
