The Humble Peticon and Appeale of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish
of St. Martin in the feilds in the said County of Middx

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the hand
and Seals of Nico: Jeffreys< no role > and Jno. Troughton< no role > Esqrs : two of his
Majesties Justices of the peace for the said County of Middx
(Quor unus) bearing date the 25th. day of November last
Mary Roberts< no role > Singlewoman was removed from the parish-
of St. Andrew Holborn above barrs in the said County of Middx
to the said parish of St. Martin in the Fields as the place of
her last legall Settlement Whereby your Petrs. humbly
Conceive themselves to be agrieved.

Therefore they humbly appeale to your
Worships against the Judgmt. of the said two
Justices and pray your Worships will be pleased
to appoint Some day this present Sessions
to hear & Determine the matter touching the
Said Appeale
