Whereas an order was made at the last
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden
for this County by adjornmt. on Thursday the
fourteenth day of October last appointing a
Committee of his Maties. Justices of the peace
for this County therein named to inquire &
inform themselves of the Number both of
licenced & unlicenced houses Shops & places for
selling Geneva & other Spirituous liquor by
retail within the weekly Bills of Mortality &
parts adjacentfor the obtaining a discovery
of what persons sell Geneva & other Spirituous
liquors by retail in any houses shops or places
in the severall parish & hambletts within
the weekly Bills of Mortality & parts adjacent
in this County, And all high & petty Constable
wereare by the said Order required to observe &
perform Such Orders precepts or direccons as
Shall be given by or by the Order of the
Justices of the peace of this County or any of
