Seales of John Fuller< no role > and Alexr. Ward< no role > Esqrs : Two of his Majestyes
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx (Quor Unus)
Winfred Ipsom< no role > was removed from the parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate in the said County to the said parish of St. Paul Covent
Garden as the place of her Last Legall Settlement.

That Your Petitioners Conceive themselves Agreived
by the said Warrant or Order of the said two Justices And Humbly [..]
Appeal against the Same to this Hononrable Court

Your Petr: therefore Humbly Pray Your Worships
will be pleased to Appoint Someday this prsent
Sessions to hear and Abide the Judgment and
Determination of this Court upon and touching
the said Appeal And that Your Petr. may have
such Releife herein as to your Worship's shall
Seem Meet etc.
