The humble Peticon & Appeale of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Bartholomew the Great
London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seales of John Milner< no role > & John Ellis< no role > Esqrs . Two of
His Majty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
(Quor unus) bearing Date the Ninth Day of January
instant Sarah Sherwood< no role > Singlewoman , was removed from
tha Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the County of Middx
unto the Said Parish of St. Bartholomew the Great to be
the Place of her last legall Settlement.

That your Peticoners Conceiving
themselves agreived by the Said Warrant
or Order of the Said Two Justices Doe
therefore Appeale to your Worships
thereform, & humbly pray That, your
Worships will be pleased to hear them
in the Premisses, And Order that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Said Parish of St. Giles in the
Feilds in the County of Middx aforesaid
may appear before you at a certain day
to be by your Worps appointed to hear &
abide the Judgment & Determinacon of
your Worships touching this Appeale.
