The humble Peticon & appeale of John Barnjum< no role > of
the parish of St Giles without Cripplegate in the Said
County Carman.

Sheweth

That your Petr. is rated towards the releife
of the poor of the Said parish much more then he is
able to pay, be reason of his great age & past his
labour. and haveing a wife very old, which makes
him unable to pay the Said Rate.

Therefore most humbly pray your
Worps to discharge him from paying
the Said Rate or otherwise releive
him in the premises as your Worps
Shall Seem meet

And your Petr Shall pray Etc
