Peace in their Genll. Session Assembled.

We the Inhabitants of the Libty of Holy Well Street
in the parish of St Leonards Shoreditch Whose names
are hereunto Subscribed in the name of the whole Libty
do Humbly under by the Excessive Tax of Nine pence half penny
Perponnd upon all the Inhabitants of the said Liberty
to the Scavengers for the Cleansing the Streets, Lanes, alleys
and passages of the said Libty the other Two Liberties
of the said Parish not exeeding sompence in the
pound And thefore it is humbly prayd that yor Worships
will order the present Rate to be sett a fides and that
a new rate may be made upon the Whole parish
Equally one with an other for he Clemnsing the Street
Etc Since the Said Libty is Taxed to the High Ways &
other rated [..] proportion ablis with the other Liberties.
