Church wardens & Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. Ann in the Libty of Westmr: within
this County of Middx:

Sheweth

That Mary Hutchinson< no role > Widdow late wife of Wittin Hutchinson< no role >
deceased, and Two Children (Vizt) Thomas < no role > aged about Ele [..]
yeare and William Hutchinson< no role > aged about Eight years, were
by Order dated the 24th: day of June last 1723 : under the hands
and Seals of Phillip Willshin< no role > and Stephen Martin< no role > Leakt
Esqr . Two of his Majtyes Justices of the Peace for the sd County
of Middx (Quor unus) removed from the Hamlet of Lime house
in the Parish of Stepney in the sd County to the aforesd Parish
of St: Ann in the sd Libtye of Westmr .

Your Peticonr: thereby humbly conceives
themselves agrreied and appeal from the Order
of the sd Justices of the peace to the Indgment of
this Honbls: Court and crave a day of hearing so as
the St. Mary Hutchinson< no role > & her sd Two Children may
be so Settled as upon hearing this Honble: Court shall
think fitt:
