To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the peace for the County
of Middx at their Generall Quarter Sessions assembled

The humble Petition and appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St. Sepulchres London

Sheweth


That by vertue of a Warrant under the hands and Seals
of two of his Majetys Justices of the peace for the said County of
Middx (one being of the Quoru) bearing date the third day of May now
last past one Elizabeth Ford< no role > was removed from the Parish of St.
James Clerknwell in the said County to the said Parish of St.
Sepulchres London adjudgeing the said Parish to be the Place of the last
legall Settlement of the said Elizabeth Ford< no role > .

That your Peticoners doubt not no make it appear that the said Elizabth.
Ford
< no role > had no legall Settlement in the said parish of St. Sepulchers
London whereby they Conceive themselves aggreived by the Warrant
& Judgement of the said two Justices and do humbly appeal to you
Worships therefrom

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray Your
Worships will be pleased to hear them in the
Premises and order the Churchwardens and ovrseers of
the poor of the said parish of St. James Clerknwell
to attend; and hear & abide the determination of your
Worships touching this appeal

And your Petitioners Shall ever pray Etc.
