WHEREAS it appeareth unto Us, whose Hands and Seals
are hereunto set, Two ofhisMajesties Justices of the
Peace for theCounty of Midd
(Quorum unus) upon the Complaint of the Church-Wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the Parish ofHampstead
in the saidCountythatMary Randall< no role > widow of
Edward Randall< no role > Deceasd is

lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle
herselfthere without giving Notice in Writing to the said
Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them, of the
House ofherabode in the said Parish, according to
the Statute in that Case made and provided; And that the saidMary
Randall
< no role > appeareth to us & wee do adjudge that she is
likely to become chargeable to the said Parish: And whereas it appeareth
unto us,further upon Exaiacon of the said Mary Randall< no role >
taken upon oath & wee do like wise adjudge
thatye sd, Mary Randall< no role > was last legally settled in the Parish of
Hendon in the said County

These are therefore inhisMajesties Name Strictly to Charge and Com-
mand you and every of you, forthwith upon fight hereof to remove and
Convey the saidMary Randall< no role >
from the said Parish ofHampstead
in the saidCounty.to the said Parish ofHendon
and deliverherunto the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, who are hereby required to provide forher
according to Law: Hereof cannot at your Perits. Given under our Hands
and Seals, the15th day of June in the 9th year
of the Reign of our Soveraign Lord George by the Grace of God,
of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, King Defender of the
Faith, Etc. Annoq; Dom. 1723
