Sheweth


That your Petitr: hath been Confined in new
Prison ten weeks and being very poore bying
on the bare Boards Humbly desires your Worship
will be pleased to take it into Consideration &
let your Petitr. be discharged he having given
his Prosecut, simely notice of tryall and will
not attend, wch. of petitr Continues another
Sessions in prison will Infallably Starve and
Perrish his Poverty being soe Greate having no
Friends to Subsist him and Innowat of what
he is accused off

And your Petit as in Duty is bound
Ever to pray Etc
