Where as the Church wardens & Overseers of the poor of
the parish of St. Mary Stratford Bow in this County
exhited their humble peticon & appeale Unto this
Courton Monday theat Westmr in the said County
on Monday the twenty second day of April instant
Setting Forth that by Warrant under the hands and
seales of Richard Gilford< no role > & John Ellis< no role > Esqrs . two of
his Maties. Justices of the peace for the said County
(Quorum unus) beareing date the First day of March
last Samuel a Male Bastard child aged three
yeares & upwards was removed from the hamblett
of Hammersmith in this County to the Petrs. as the
place of legall settlemt. of the said Samuel And
that the Petrs. conceived themselves aggreived by the
said Order and appealed against the same, Whereupon
It was Ordered by this Court that the Chappellwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the said hamblett of Hamersmith
& all persons concerned should attend this Court at
Hicks hall in St. John Street in this County on this twenty
Sixth day of April instant to heare & abide the Judgmt.
& determinacon of this Court touching the sd. appeale
Now For as much as this Court is of opinion that the
heareing of the said appealeshould bebe adjourned
