The Humble Petition and Appeale of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St Martin in the
Fields in the Said County

Sheweth

That by Vertue of a Pass Warrant under
the hands Seales of Tho: Railton< no role > and Henry Segar< no role >
Esqr . two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middx (Quor un) bearing date ye 9th: May instant
Hannah Wilson< no role > a widow was Remov'd from and out
of the Parish of St Margtt: Westmr in the County
aforesaid to ye Said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
as the place of her Lawfull Settlemt.

That your Petitioners thinking themselves
Agreived by the Judgmt: of the Said two Justices
humbly Appeale to your Worships against ye same

Therefore humbly Pray Your Worships
would be pleas'd to Order that the Church
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Said Parish of St Margarett Westmr in this
County may Attend this Court some day this
Sessions to hear and abide ye final Determinant
of this Court touching the Said Appeale
