hath pleaded not guilty to an Indictmt. against him for keeping a comon
Garneing Table contrary to Law, is remanded to his Maties. Goale of Newgate
for want of Sufficient Sureties for his appearence at the next Sessions of
Oyer & Terminer to be held for this County to psecute his traverse with
effect upon the Sd. Indictmt. to remaine till he Find & give such sureties
before William Wickham< no role > & Greynne Vaughan< no role > Esqrs Justices of the peace
for this County or either of them to whom it is recomended to take and
approve thereof then to be delivered paying his Fees [..]

now convicted of a trespass and misdemeanour is fined for the said offence
one Shilling which is ordered to be estreated & he is to be delivered out of his Maties.
Goale of Newgate and comitted to the house of Correccon at Clerkenwell in this
County there to be kept to hard Labour for the space of one Month then to
be delivered paying his Fees 4s- 8d
