The humble Peticon and Appeale of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlett of
Wapping Stepney in the County of Middlx

Sheweth


That by Order under the Hands and Seals of Robert Ryres< no role >
and Edward Grose< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties Justices of the Peace
(Quorum Unus) for the Said County bearing date the 26th day
of October last past Anne Ridley< no role > widdow of Ralph
Ridley
< no role > deced with her four Children (vizt) Anne,< no role > aged about
four teene years Mary< no role > Aged about Eleaven years Ralph< no role >
Aged about Six years And John< no role > Aged about two years and [..]
halfe were removed from the Parish of St. Pauls Shadwell
in the Said County to the Said Hamlett of Wapping Stepney
as the [..] place of their last legal Settlement

That Your Peticoners think themselves
Agrieved by the Said Order humbly Appeals
to this honobld. Court against the Same

And Prays that Your Worspps would be pleased
to Order the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Said Parish of St. Pauls Shadwell and
all other persons Concerned may Attend this Court
Some day this present Sessions to hear and abide
the Judgment and determinacon of this Court touching
the Said Appeale

And Your Petrs Shall Ever pray Etc
