Richard Colton< no role > & Edward Dickenson< no role > two Messengers under Us the Commrs.
for Licensing and Regulating Hackney Coaches and Chairs to be sworne
Constables extraordinary for the County of Middlesex For they find It
extreame difficult to get any of the Constables to be Aiding and Assisting
to them in the Execution of our Warrants for Levying the Kings Rent &
the Fines & Penalties incident to our Office, which is the occasion of Great
Delays in Levying the same, & the frequent Loss of such Fines and
Penalties to the Prejudice of His Majesties Revenue & Delays to the Gentlemen
complaining; which We hope will Prevail with you to Oblidge Us in
Our Request. We are
