of Sessions, that I am commanded this day upon his
Majesties Service, and cant attend them.

I have sent you the Plan and Survey
of the Court and Premisses as they are at present; Also
Plans of some Alterations and Additions, as proposed by
the Comittee; The Report of the Comittee I deliver'd into
Court on Tuesday the 15nth. Instant .

I desire a new Chairman may be chosen
because I fear the King's Service will prevent my due
attendance.
