That the not casting up the Assessments has been a great neglect
on the part of the Deputy Lieutenants and an encouragement to
the said appression.

That the Distribution of the Trophy money to the Captains to their
own use is a Misapplication thereof not warranted by any Law in Being

That no Officer of the Militia who is a Deputy Lieutenant ought to
be present at or vote in the Debate of any Question concerning himself

That it is necessary that there should be a standing Order of this
Court that a Committee be appointed on course to examine the
Trophy accounts when they are laid before this Court and that the
Collectors be summoned to attend the Court at such Sessions as the
said Accounts shall be laid before them.

That the severall Collectors ought to pay to the Treasurer for the
use of the publick the severall Sums of money by them collected
over and above what they have already paid.

That it be recommended to the Board of Lieutenancy not to
order any more Trophy money till the money which appears to be
due on the accounts of the Treasurer and the several Collectors be
paid in and applyed to the proper use.Sam. Ryder< no role >

Now upon reading of the said Report and on consideration of the
matters therein contained This Court doth agree with the Comittee
in the report and resolutions therein mentioned and doth order
that the said Report be and the same is hereby satisfyed and
confirmed by the Order and authority of this Court. And to the
intent that the Trophy money to be raised within this County
may be duely applyed to the purposes for which the same shall
be raised. It is hereby recomended to the Board of Lieutenancy of
this County to take care that the person appointed Treasurer to
receive and pay the money to be levyed for the use of the Militia
of this County do give such security for the due execution of his said
Office before three or more of them as shall be by them approved
according to the direction of the Statute in such case made and
provided if such security be not already given.

And this Court doth further Order that the several Sumes of ten
pounds already paid out of the Trophy money unto the respective
Captains in the Militia of this County be accompted for by such
Captains, who are hereby required to give an accompt and make
it appear how they have disposed thereof, And it is further
