Whereas by order made at the Generall Quarter Sessions
of the holden at Hicks hall in St John Street in & for
the County of Middx by Adjournmt on Thursday the
Seventeenth day of January last It was Ordered that
A Representation to the most Noble Thomas Holles< no role > Duke
of Newcastle Lord Lieutennant & Custos Rohilo4 of the
Said County touching the raiseing & Managent of Trophy
Money in ye Said County as ye Same was gen drawn should
be ingrosed and that the same should be ye Sented to the
said Duke of Newcastle according to the Direccon of an
Order made at ye Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for this County by Adjournmt on the Third day of
December last at such time as his grace would be pleased
to appoint to receive the Same Now upon debate had by
this Court touching the Signeing & prsenting of ye Said
Representacon Forasmuch as the Justices of the peace
who voted on the Seventeenth day of January last
for the Signing & prsenting of ye sd Representacon
doe not now appeare to Signe ye Same tho they and
the rest of the Justices of ye peace of this County
had notice given them to appeare at Hicks hall aforesaid
on this twenty Second day of February Instant to Sign
the same And for that there are onley A Small Number
of Justices now Prsent This Court doth therefore resolve
that ye Signing of ye Sd Representacon be suspended untill
further consideracon.
