for receiving & buying two hundred and three quarters
weight of. Pensylvania Rice which was clandestinely
run and imported knowing the same to be so clandese
tinely run & imported and by the said Sr . Charles Peers< no role >
adjudged to pay the Sume of ten pounds for the
Same

Yor: Petr: thinks himself aggrieved
by the said Judgmt. of the said
Sr : Charles Peers< no role > appeals to this
Court & humbly prays that the said
John Snow< no role > & all other parties concern'd
may be Ordered to attend this Court
some day this Sessions to hear & abide
