Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of his
Majties: Justices of the peace for the sd: County of Midlx (Quor unus)
by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St: Mary Matfellon old: Whitechapl : in the
said County: that Katherine Kitely< no role > Singlewoeman
is lately come into the sd: Parish Endeavouring to
Settle there Contrary to Law, and that Shee is likely
to become Chargeable to the sd: Parish Wee the said
Justices upon Examinacon of the prmises of the said
Katherine Kitely< no role > upon Oath doe Adjudge the
Same to be true, and that the last place of the legal
Settlemt: of the said Katherine Kitely< no role > is in the
Parish of St: John Wapping in the said County:
