taken this tenth day of October 1722 before John Parish< no role > Serjt. att Law
and of his Majties Justices of the Peace for the said County.

This Dept. Elizabeth saith upon Oath That on Monday last Richd. Bayly< no role >
of the sd. Township Victualler did assault this Dept. by throwing a Taptubb of Beer
on this Depont. & called her Bitch & where & abused this Depornt. & her Husbands
& bid her gett out of his house & if she did not he would throw all the Water
in the house on her And this Depornt. die hear the sd. Richd. Bayly< no role > swear
several Oaths And the said John Colledge< no role > saith upon Oath that the said
Richard Bayly< no role > fell into a passion with this Depont. & bid Him goe out of
his house & swore att least twenty Oaths

The Examinacon of Robert Kirk< no role > of Hamersmith Butcher and of
Joseph Moore< no role > [..] of the same Butcher taken this third day of December
before John Birch< no role > Serjt. att Law one of his Majties Justices of the Peace
for the sd. County.

This Examinant Robert Kirk< no role > saith upon Oath that Richard Bayly< no role > of the
same town Victualler on Saturday Night last about eight of Clock die
abuse this Depont. att his own door & called him Rogue & Dog and
Villain and put his hand upon his Sword as if he would draw it and
said he would be even with him And die strike this Deponts. Servant
Joseph Moore< no role > with his Fist & pushed him in the breast & put his hand
upon his Sword And then this Depont. Joseph Moore< no role > die strike the sd. Richard
Bayly< no role > in the face with his Fist once or twice & made his Nose bleed.
