Upon Mocon this day made unto this
Court by Mr. Northey of Conncell for
the sd Defdt. who stands bound by
Recognizance to try his traverse at this
present sessions upon an Indictmt. preferred
against him for and assault upon Elizabeth King< no role >
It was alledged that the sd Defdt. doth dwell at
Aldermarston in the County of Berks , and that
he being ignorant of the Rules of this Court had
omitted to give notice of trying his said traverse
within the first three days of this sessions, It
was therefore prayed and this Court doth
accordingly Order that the said Defdt. be at
liberty to try his said Traverse on Friday next
at ten of the clock in the forenoon, And notice
hereof and of the said triall is forthwith to be
given to the prosecutor of the said Indictmt.
