This Certifies that John Maud< no role > of the parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate in the County of Middlesex Weaver was on the Sixth day
of April last lawfully convicted before me one of his Majties: Justices of
the Peace for the said County of Middlesex of profanely Swearing
one Oath in the parish of St Leonard Shoreditch in the said County
the same day for which offence he paid two Shillings for the use of the
poor of the Said Parish according to the Statues in that Case made [..]
