There is a poor woman one Mrs: Hussey who
stands indicted two Sessions agoe, and bound
over to appear, at the then next Sessions,
wch: she did to the said Recognizance, which
Recognizance was not returned to the Sessions
by reason of wch: she was discharged, by the
Bench, since which Mr. Watkinsofwho
is Clerk to the Justices has returned the
Recognizance and she is threatned to be
estreated in the Excheqr: altho she was
discharged by the Bench, and she cant
appear being very ill & beleive on her
Death Bed, and Desire the Favour [..]
Recognizance may be discharged wch: will
very much oblidge
