the first floor or rooms up one pair of staires & one garrett
otherpart of the saidmessuagehouse for his sd Office he the sd.
sadler haveing before lett another garrett & the back
kitchen below staires other part of the sdmessaugehouse to
one Hulse who continued to hold them dureing
the whole time the sd peter Hill< no role > lived in the sdmessuagehouse
but only kept goods therein & never lay on the said
housemessuageAnd that the sd Hill expressly agreed to take
his aforesaid roomes as a Lodger & not otherwise, And
that the sdSadler all the said time was rated
to the Parish Rates of the sd parish of St. Clement Danes & paid them himselfe and alsoe
paid the Thames water rent for the sd house & paved
before the poor & repaired the ad house, and this by
speciall & express aggreemt. between them at the takeing
of the sd roomes, but the said Sadler was
allowed [..] all the moneys by him disbursed in respect
thereof by the sd. Earle of Salisbury, And that there
was but one door from the street into the sd. house &
one entry & one staire case only & noe shop, and that
the said peter Hill< no role > kept the key of that door & was the
only person who lay in the sd. house with his Family
dureing the whole time, that the door was open all day
