To the Rt: Worsppll his Matys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middx.

The humble peticon and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Ovseers of
the poor of the parish of Chelsea
in the said County.

Sheweth


That by Warrant or order under the Hands and Seals of
daniel Combe< no role > and William Gore< no role > Esqrs Two of his
Matys Justices of the peace for the said County (Quor unus)
Margarett Cunningham< no role > Aged about Sixty yeares
widow of John Cunningham< no role > deceased was removed
from the parish of St Martin in the Fields in this
County to the said parish of Chelsea as the Place of
her last Legell Settlement.

That your Peticoners Conceive themselves aggrieved
by the said Order of the said Two Justices and Appeal
against the same.

Your petitrs therefore humbly pray
this Court will be pleased to appoint a
Day this Sessions for all partys to
attend this Court to hear and abide
the Judgment and Determinacon of this
Court touching the said Appeal
