Whereas Complaynt hath been made unto Us Two of his
Majtyes Justices of the Peace of the County of Middx (Quor
Unus) by the Church: wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
[..] of the parish of St: Ann in the Libtye of Westmr within the
the Sd County of Middx That Ann Consens< no role > an Infant aged
about Two years daughter of John Blakesly Consens< no role > by Ann< no role >
his wife hath lately been brought and left in the Sd Parish
of St: Ann with an intent to be setled there contrary to Law
And it appearing unto Us the sd Justices that the Sd Ann Consens< no role >
the sd Infant is likely to become chargable to the sd Parish
of St. Ann . And whereas it further appeareth unto Us by
Examinacion taken upon the Oath of Alice Lock< no role > . That the
Sd. John Blakesly Consens< no role > father of the Sd Ann Consens< no role > the
Sd Infant was last legally setled in the Parish of St:
Botolph by Bishop Gate without London . Therefore We
do adjudg the Parish of St: Botolph Bishop Gate without
London to be the Peace of Setlement of the Sd Ann Consens< no role >
the Sd Infant:

These are therefore in his Majtyes Name to Charg & Comand
you the Sd Church: wardens and Overseers: of the Poor of the
Sd Parish of St: Ann to remove and convey the Sd Ann Consens< no role >
the Sd Infant, from and out of your sd Parish of St: Ann to the
Parish of St: Botolph by Bishop gate without London
and deliver her to the Church: wardens & Overseers: of the
poor there, who are hereby required to receive the Sd Ann
Consens< no role > the Sd Infantandinto their Care and to provide
for her according to Law Given Under on hands and
Seals this 29th day of Aprill An Dein 1722 .
