Hundred of Edmonton in ye. sd County

Sheweth

That yor. Petr. has duely and Faithfully
served his Majty. as one of the High Constables of the
sd Hundrd. for /almost/ three Years now last past

And that yor. Petr. has for sometime past
and now is afflicted wth. the Stone Gravel and Gout
to such Degree that he is not able to Ride Travel
or otherwise attend the publick and constant
Buisness of his Office any longer

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly prays
this Honble: Court to Discharge him from the
sd Office, And that one of the Psons here
under named /may be very well qualifyed/
may be appointed High Constable in the
room of yor. Petr.

And he shall ever Pray Etc
