Hayes Feb: 3d 20th 1720.

The Bearer's hereof are the persons I bound
over for runing their cart over, and bruising a poor
woman. Mr Berton being oblidged to go the Circuit.
promised to deliver the Recog: to you I beg of you to put
them in a way how they May be discharged, for the
woman is now well again, and gon home, and they
have pd all charges both to the woman and her
husbands Satisfactions. I am.
