I was allways very ready to Enter into a reference
as to any Disputes about the right of the way and for that purpose
proposed it Several times to your Agts. And amnot all the pleased
to Observe that the same has not only been recomended by the
Barons of the Excheqr. but likewise from the Justices of the
Beach at Hicks's Hall
where Tallended yesterday; Therefore
that no body may think me backward in complying with such
Recomendacons I am willing according to the Courts recomundacons to referr to
Referrall those disputes and the more Effectually to have the same
carryed on to Enter into bonds as soon as you please
I desire your Answer as soon as possible that Irvingnay
apply to the sessions for his Discharge if he reference goes on or
if not for a mittigacon of the Fine I am
