Take notice that I intend (pursuant to the Order where of a
Copy is here unto annexed) to appear at the General
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held by Adjornmt: at
Hicks hall in St: John Street in & for the County of Midd
on Thursday [..] next at ten of the clock in the
forenoon and then & there try my Traverse upon the
Indictmt: by you preferred against me for an Assault
dated this 12th: day of October 1719
