By Virtue and in Pursuance of an Order of Reference made
at the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace held by Adjournment
at Hicks hall in St. John Street in the Said County on Fryday the

Poor of the Hamblet of Wapping-Stepney in the Said County and
Samuell Hamston< no role > late Overseer of the Poor of the Said Hamblet,
and all other persons concerned; We do likewise Report That we
have Inspected and Perused the Accounts of the Said Mr. Hamston
as Overseer of the Poor of the Said Hamblet for the yeares 1717:
