at the then next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for [..]
the said County to the End such further Order might be made as should
be just Now upon Applicacon made to this Court by Mr George Dodd< no role > the
said prsent Churchwarden of the said parish Shewing that he had reced
the One hundred pounds before menconed from the said late Overseers
[..] the poor of the Said parish psuant to the said recited Order and
[..] plyed the same towards paymt of the pencon and casuall poor of the
parish But by reason of the absence and Indisposition of severall
Justices of the peace inhabiting in Finsbury Division aforesaid there
[..] be had three of the said Justices to meet to inspect examine State
& adjust the Accompts of the Said late Overseers according to the direccon of
the said recited Order It was therefore prayed that the time for Inspecting
examining Stateing & adjusting the said Accompts might be Enlarged
untill the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for this County
Whereupon It is thought fitt & Ordered by this Court that the time for
inspecting examineing Stateing & adjusting the Accompts of the said late
Overseers of the poor be Enlarged untill the first day of the next Genall
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for this County And that
the said late Overseers doe attend John Pery< no role > John Fuller< no role > Richard
Browne< no role > John Crosbie< no role > John Whetham< no role > & William Booth< no role > Esqrs . Justices
of the peace for this County or any three of them (Quor unus)
at such times & places as they shall appoint with true & perfect
Accompt of all, Sumes of Money reced by the said late Overseers
of the poor respectively or rated & cessed & not reced And alsoe
of such Stock as is in their respective hands Or in the hands of
any of the poor of the said parish to work And of all other
things concerning the said Office respectively which Said Refferress
or any three of them are hereby desired to inspect examine State
& adjust Such Accompt of the sd late Overseers of the poor
respectively And to Certifye A true slate thereof and their
[..] ons touching the prmes unto his Maties Justices of the
peace for this County at the next Genall Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be holden for the said County To the End
such further Order may be made as shall be just.
