Thomas purton< no role > is convicted upon an Indictment against him for a trespasse & misdemeanor & [..] is fined for the said offence twenty
pounds, and he is comitted to his Maties Gaole of
Newgate , thereto remains without bail or maine prize for
the space of three months, and untill he pay the said
Fine, then to be delivered paying his Fees 10s - 4d,

Peter Murrey< no role > is convicted of a trespass and Fined 1s which is ordered to
be as treated and he is to be delivered out of his Maties
Goale of Newgate if detained for noe other cause, his Fees
were paid in Court

George Fanton< no role > is acquitted upon the Indictment agt him for petty Larceny
asand he is to be delivered out of his Maties said Gaole
of Newgate without Fees by reason of his county
