Itt is ordered by this Court that Richard Burton< no role > als Burgarry< no role > and Thomas Buel< no role > als
Beale< no role > als Woale< no role > als Handy< no role > who are now convicted for a notorions trespasse
& Misdemeanour , for the said Offence be Stripped naked from the middle upward
and publickly whipped at a Charls tayle (at Such time as the Sheriffe of this
County Shall forthwith appoint) from a certaine place called Whitechappell
Barrs in the pish of St. Mary Mattellow als whitechappell in this County along
the publick road to & ever against the comon Prison called White chappell prison untill their bodys be bloody,
and the Said Richard Burton< no role > als Burgarry< no role > & Thomas Buel< no role > als Beal< no role > als weal< no role >
als Harrdy< no role > are ordered to be delivered out of his Maties Goal of Newgate and
they appearing to be [..] comon Vagrants & idle & disorderly psons are comitted to the
house of Correccon at Clerkenwell in this County, there to remaine till they
undergoe the said punishment, and they are Ordered to be there Kept to hard Labour for the Space of one whole Year, & to be dealt with according to the
custome of the said house of Correccon dureing the said time, & then to be delived
paying their Fees Severally 16s - 3d

Itt is Ordered by this Court that Francis Bird< no role > who is now convicted of a notorious trespasse & Misdemeanour , for the said Offence be Stripped naked from the Middle
upwards & publickly whipped at a farls Tayle (at Such time as the Sheriffe of this
County shall forthwith appoint) from a certain place called Whitechappell Barrs
in the parish of St. Mary matfellon als Whitechappell in this County along the
publick read to & over against the comon prison there called whitechappell
prison untill his body be bloody, and the said Francis Bird< no role > appearing to be
a comon Vagrant and a dangerous idle & disorderly pson is remanded and
comitted to the house of Correccon at Clerkenwell in this County there to remaine till he
undergoe the said punishment, and alsoe he is ordered to be there Kept to hard Labour for the Space of two whole years and to be dealt with according to the
Custome of the said house of Correccon dureing the said time, and then to be
delivered paying her Fees 17s - 6d
